How fast can I actually get the EC? ▾
Typically 3-5 business days from payment. Actual turnaround depends on queue volume at the relevant Bangalore sub-registrar office on the day of your order — our partner begins work as soon as the booking is confirmed.
What if no partner is available in my area? ▾
If we cannot allocate a verified partner within the promised window for your sub-registrar jurisdiction, your payment is refunded automatically in full — no calls, no follow-ups. See our refund policy for details.
Is the payment secure? ▾
Yes. We use Cashfree (RBI-licensed payment gateway, PCI-DSS compliant) for all online payments — UPI, cards, netbanking. Every successful order receives a GST Tax Invoice with our GSTIN by email.
Can I get a physical copy or a certified copy? ▾
By default you receive the digital PDF (the same one issued by SHCIL / Karnataka Kaveri) on email and WhatsApp. Courier delivery of a printed copy is available as an add-on — message us on WhatsApp at +91 99869 14198 after placing the order and we will arrange it.
What documents do I need to upload? ▾
Either your Sale Deed OR a Previous EC is enough (any one). If you do not have either, you can skip the upload — our partner will retrieve the certificate from sub-registrar records using the property details (survey number, Khata number, address) you provide on the form.
What if the EC shows encumbrances or has issues? ▾
The PDF is delivered exactly as issued by the sub-registrar / SHCIL. Sevantay does not edit, interpret, or comment on the content of the certificate. For interpretation of encumbrances, charges or title issues, please consult a property lawyer.
