Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

No — pay per request. There's no monthly minimum, retainer, or subscription. You only pay for the requests you actually place.

Do you issue a GST invoice?

Yes. Every corporate order is invoiced as a proper Tax Invoice with your company GSTIN, place of supply, and HSN/SAC codes so your finance team can claim input tax credit.

Is the self-serve corporate portal available?

Yes — the corporate portal is live at corporate.sevantay.in. Your team logs in, raises requests across ten services (EC, e-Stamp single and bulk, certified copies support, Family Tree, eKhata, notary, affidavits, agreements, bank locker agreements), receives quotes, and tracks every request. Apply on this page and we provision your company account and logins.

Can you integrate with our HR / ERP system?

Every request already carries your own reference ID (case, loan, PO or ticket number) so it maps cleanly to your internal systems. Direct API and webhook integration is on the roadmap — ping us to be a design partner and shape the integration before it ships.

How does billing work for corporate accounts?

Your choice: pay per request, or a monthly consolidated account with an agreed credit period — with negotiated per-service pricing for regular volume. Every account gets GST-compliant invoicing with your company GSTIN.

What if I need a service you don't list yet?

We handle one-off custom government-documentation work for corporate clients regularly — describe what you need in the application form and our team will scope it. Documentation vendors can also use Sevantay as their Bangalore / Karnataka fulfilment partner.
