How to find us

We are on Kanakapura Main Road at Sarakki Gate, directly opposite Namma Metro Pillar No. 56 — the pillar number is the easiest landmark to give an auto or cab driver.

By metro: get off at J. P. Nagar metro station (Green Line) and walk down Kanakapura Main Road towards Sarakki Gate.

Look for the blue Sevantay board above the shops, next to S K Law Chambers. We are on the first floor.
What you can get done at the office
- Get an affidavit or declaration notarised in person — our notary is in-house.
- Collect e-Stamp paper, or have your agreement printed on it and signed here.
- Hand over property papers for Khata transfer, EC or property-tax work.
- Sign a rental agreement with both parties present.
- Get help filling an RTO / RC-transfer form if the online form is confusing.
- Pay by UPI or cash and take a GST invoice on the spot.
