Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email, delivery address.
• Service details — the information needed to complete your request (e.g. property address, party names, locker/bank details, family-member details).
• Documents you upload — such as a Sale Deed, Encumbrance Certificate, tax receipt, khata, Aadhaar or PAN, used only to deliver your requested service.
• Usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics to improve the service.

2. Why we use it (purpose limitation)

We use your data only to: provide the specific service you request; auto-fill forms to save you typing; coordinate with the verified operator/partner fulfilling your job; deliver the result; issue a GST invoice; and notify you of status updates. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.

3. AI processing of your documents

When you use an "auto-fill" feature, we send only the few document pages needed (downscaled) to a trusted AI provider purely to read text such as your name and address. Our AI never reads or returns your Aadhaar, PAN or passport number — only your name and address. The AI provider does not use your documents to train its models, and the image used for auto-fill is processed in memory and is not retained by us. We are moving AI processing to servers located in India.

3a. Identity numbers you enter

Some services need an identity number (for example, a family-member's Aadhaar on a Family Tree application). If you choose to enter such a number, it is treated as sensitive: stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage, shown only in masked form (e.g. the last 4 digits) in our internal tools, used only to complete your specific request, and deleted along with your other data. Please share an identity number only when the service actually requires it.

4. How we protect your data

Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and transmitted only over secure TLS connections. Access is limited to you, the verified operator assigned to your job, and our secured systems, each via short-lived secure links. See our Document Security & Privacy page for details.

5. Retention & deletion (storage limitation)

We keep your documents only as long as needed to complete your job and meet legal/tax requirements. Uploaded documents are automatically and permanently deleted within 60 days, and sooner once your job is complete. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with: the verified operator/partner fulfilling your service; our payment gateway (Cashfree) to process payments; courier partners for delivery; and infrastructure/AI providers (e.g. AWS) under data-protection terms. We never sell your personal data.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to: access a summary of your data; request correction or completion; request erasure of your data; withdraw consent; and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, contact us below.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children without verifiable parental consent.
