What is bulk e-Stamping?
A bulk e-Stamp request bundles multiple Karnataka e-Stamp papers (each with its own denomination, document type, and parties) into a single order so a verified vendor prints and delivers them together. Instead of placing 8 separate orders for 8 employee onboarding agreements — and paying 8 delivery fees — you place one request, pay one delivery charge, and get one shipment.
The use cases are almost always business-driven: HR teams onboarding a hiring batch, landlords renewing rentals across a multi-property portfolio, real-estate brokers closing a sale tranche, lawyers preparing a set of affidavits for a single matter, or builders issuing allotment letters. The legal paper itself is identical to a single-stamp purchase — same Karnataka e-Stamp, same SHCIL backing, same unique e-Stamp Certificate Number.

Pricing for bulk e-Stamp
Bulk pricing is fully transparent. The formula is the same as our single-stamp orders, but you pay the ₹200 delivery fee only once for the whole batch.

Worked example — 3 stamps
Two rental agreements at ₹500 each and one affidavit at ₹100:
- Stamp paper total: ₹500 + ₹500 + ₹100 = ₹1,100
- Vendor charge (10%): ₹110
- Delivery (flat, all 3 in one drop): ₹200
- Subtotal: ₹1,410
- Sevantay handling charge (₹50 × 3 stamps): ₹150
- GST (18% of ₹150): ₹27
- Total payable: ₹1,587

How many e-Stamp papers can I order in one bulk request? ▾
Between 2 and 10 stamp papers per request. They are printed and delivered together in a single drop, so you pay one flat ₹200 delivery fee for the whole batch instead of paying per stamp.
Can each stamp in the bulk order have a different value or document type? ▾
Yes. Every stamp in the bulk request is independent — different denomination (₹100, ₹500, ₹1,000, etc.), different document type (rental agreement, affidavit, sale agreement…), and different parties. They just share one delivery slot. Online each stamp can be up to ₹5,000 and the whole bulk order up to ₹5,000 total; for a larger order, WhatsApp us on +91 83173 67002 or call +91 99869 14198 and we will handle it.
Will I get a single GST invoice for the whole bulk order? ▾
Yes. You receive one Tax Invoice covering the Sevantay handling charge (with 18% GST) for the entire batch. Stamp paper value itself is statutory and not taxable. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you want it printed on the invoice for ITC reclaim.
What if one of the stamps in my bulk order cannot be printed? ▾
Full refund any time before our partner begins printing — message us within an hour of payment and the entire amount comes back. Once a stamp has been procured from SHCIL it is non-refundable (Karnataka e-Stamp papers cannot be returned). If our partner cannot fulfil a specific stamp in the batch we refund that stamp in full (paper value + proportional vendor charge) and ship the rest as planned.
Do you deliver bulk e-Stamps to corporate addresses in Bangalore? ▾
Yes — we deliver across all of Bengaluru (560 pincodes).
