Company pays
Use a company account
Your HR team raises each request in the Sevantay Enterprise portal at corporate.sevantay.in, with your own reference (an employee ID, say), attaches the documents and follows every request. Each one is quoted after review and paid from the portal, with a GST invoice to your company. How an account works.
Pricing
- Rental agreement ordered online — a Sevantay drafting and service fee of ₹399 (residential) or ₹699 (commercial) plus 18% GST on that fee, the e-Stamp duty and a delivery charge. The order page estimates the duty from the rent, deposit and term, and shows the total before you pay.
- Bulk e-Stamp (2 to 10 papers) — the stamp value, a 10% vendor charge, ₹200 delivery for the batch, and a Sevantay handling charge of ₹50 per stamp (₹60 at weekends) plus 18% GST on that charge. See the bulk e-Stamp page for a worked example.
- Company-account requests, company leases and anything else — quoted per request after review. For regular volume we agree per-service rates for your account.

Frequently asked questions
Can our employees order a rental agreement themselves?
Yes. Send them our rental agreement page. They enter the rent, deposit, term and party details, see the full price before paying, and receive the agreement printed on Karnataka e-Stamp paper, ready to sign with the landlord.
Can the company pay and get the GST invoice instead?
Yes, on a company account. Your HR team raises each request in the Sevantay Enterprise portal with your own reference, such as an employee ID. We quote it after review, you pay from the portal, and the GST invoice is made out to your company with its GSTIN.
Does the company sign the rental agreement?
Not when the employee is the tenant: the agreement is between the landlord and the employee. If the company itself is leasing the flat, that is a company lease, which we draft and quote separately.
Does a rental agreement have to be registered?
A lease for more than a year must be registered with the sub-registrar, which is why most residential agreements in Karnataka are made for 11 months. Ask us if your employee needs a longer term.
Will you contact our employees?
When an employee orders for themselves, we deal with them directly. On a company account, updates come to your HR team's portal inbox, not to the employee, unless you ask us to speak to them.
How are employees' documents protected?
Documents are stored encrypted and every download is logged. They are deleted 30 days after the request is completed.
