Legal document types we draft in Bangalore

189+ documents — affidavits, self-declarations, undertakings, indemnity bonds, agreements and powers of attorney. Each one is printed on genuine Karnataka e-Stamp paper, notarised where required, and delivered to your door. Pick any document below to start; you'll see the exact price before you pay.

Affidavits (118)

A sworn statement of fact, signed before a notary on Karnataka e-Stamp paper. The most common legal document people need in Bengaluru — for banks, schools, courts, the RTO and government offices.

Self-Declarations (18)

A signed first-person statement of fact. Asked for when an authority wants your own confirmation of something rather than a sworn affidavit.

Undertakings (14)

A written promise to do — or not do — something, usually with a stated deadline and consequence. Common for colleges, employers and authorities.

Indemnity Bonds (16)

Protects another party against loss. Typically required for duplicate documents, death/legal-heir claims and PF withdrawals where an employer cannot attest.

Agreements (16)

A contract between two parties, e-Stamped and signed. Notarisation is optional for most agreements.

Power of Attorney (non-property) (7)

Authorises someone to act for you in bank, RTO, court or business matters. A POA to sell or transfer property must be REGISTERED at the sub-registrar — a notarised one is not valid for that, so we do not offer it online.

Common questions

How many legal documents can Sevantay draft?

We draft 189+ document types across affidavits, self-declarations, undertakings, indemnity bonds, agreements and non-property powers of attorney — all e-Stamped on genuine Karnataka e-Stamp paper, notarised if needed, and delivered across Bengaluru.

What does an affidavit cost in Bangalore?

You pay the e-Stamp value (usually ₹20–₹100 for a standard affidavit), plus notarisation if you need it, a handling fee, GST and delivery. The exact amount is shown before you pay, and you get a GST invoice.

Do I have to sign in person?

Affidavits, declarations, undertakings, bonds and powers of attorney are sworn or executed documents, so they need your wet signature. You can sign free at our JP Nagar office, or we can arrange a round-trip signing courier. Agreements are signed by both parties themselves.

Can I use my own draft instead?

Yes. Upload your ready draft (Word, PDF or clear photos) and we will e-Stamp, notarise and deliver it. Or tell us what you need and we prepare it — every draft is reviewed by our team before printing.

My document is not on this list. Can you still help?

Yes — pick the closest general type (for example "Affidavit (general)") and describe what you need in your own words. If it is something we cannot do online, WhatsApp or call us on 9986914198 and our team will guide you.

Ready to order?

Tell us what you need or upload your own draft. We prepare and review it, print it on genuine Karnataka e-Stamp paper, notarise it if required, and deliver it — same business day in South Bengaluru, next working day citywide. You see the exact amount before payment and get a GST invoice.
