    You pay your actual BBMP property tax dues plus a small Sevantay service fee. We find your exact dues first — including any arrears, interest or rebate — and share a clear quote before you pay a rupee. The tax amount is passed through to BBMP; only our service fee carries GST.

    How do you find my dues?⌄

    Upload your sale deed or a previous tax receipt and our team locates your property on the BBMP tax portal by its PID (Property Identification Number), then confirms the exact amount due. If your property has a PID or khata issue that blocks payment, we tell you honestly and can fix it end to end.

    What if my property is not showing / has a khata problem?⌄

    It happens — arrears, a PID mismatch, or a khata that was never linked can all block a tax payment. We do not just fail: we explain what needs fixing (usually a khata correction) and can handle that for you as a separate service.

    Do I pay now?⌄

    No. Submit your details free. We confirm your dues and share a quote — you pay only after you approve. Choose "Pay online" and we send you a secure online payment link; choose "Assisted" and our team guides you through it.
