      What does it cost?⌄

      Khata transfer / e-khata is ₹8,000–₹12,000 all-in for a standard transfer. Complex cases — B-khata to A-khata conversion, or an inheritance transfer needing a legal heir certificate — are quoted separately after we see your documents. We review your documents and share a clear quote before any work or payment — you only pay once you approve.

      What documents do I need?⌄

      To get a quote, just your registered sale deed — a PDF or clear photos of every page. After reviewing it we tell you what else your case needs (usually the latest property tax receipt, the owner’s Aadhaar and, for a building, an electricity bill; we can get the EC from 2004 for you), and you can add them later on your private upload page.

      How long does it take?⌄

      BBMP khata transfer usually takes 30–60 days depending on the ward office. You can track every stage live on your tracking page.

      Do I pay now?⌄

      No. This is a managed service — submit your details, our team reviews and shares a quote, and you pay only after you approve it.
